Philip Earl – Company Director

Philip, or Pip as he is better known, started his working life in the army. He left after eight years having done two operational tours and went to work in Africa as a missionary. It was here, while working on large construction projects, that he discovered his talent for building. When he returned to the UK he set up a small decorating company which quickly grew. Alistair joined him in 2000 and in 2001 they set up Specta Properties Ltd together. He has a comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry and most general building skills. Being a devout Christian and on the leadership team of a church, Pip is passionate about looking after and developing people thus resulting in a very loyal in-house team and incredibly dependable sub-contractors who have worked with the company for many years.

 Alistair Earl – Company Director & Senior Project Manager

Alistair started working with Pip in 2000. After studying Industrial Design in Manchester he spent several years working in finance before leaving to put his highly practical mind to better use. He has the ability to visualise any type of building project from inception to completion and relishes the challenge of putting together a complicated build. With over 18 years of experience running multiple sites he has a deep knowledge of all types of structural building techniques.

Pawel Wyrozumski – Senior Project Manager

Pawel joined Specta in 2006. He comes from just outside Cracow in Poland and entered straight into the building world after leaving school. He has a multitude of skills and can genuinely turn his hand to anything. He is not only a very experienced project manager, seeing through complete building projects, but he has also mastered the skill of making our clients feel completely involved and able to enjoy the whole building experience - something of a rarity in the building world! Pawel is a highly competent team leader who loves building and takes great pride in an impeccable finish.
